2. Original Blend, "The Mirage Flowers" (¥800/bag)

"Wasurero-Gusa Grass" turned up in "The Mirage Flowers," a movie shot on location in Kichijoji. The specialist who created this original blend thought of flower petals. Composed of Earl Grey Tea with blue petals and other ingredients in beautiful colors.

4. Chorizo Cheese Frank with Musashisakai Red Pepper (¥1080/pack)

A coarsely ground sausage finished by adding robust cheese with really hot red pepper from Musashisakai. The pork is specially selected after salting and curing. Carefully prepared by a manufacturing process learned in Germany.

Liver paste made from selected fresh pork liver from Saitama carefully preserved (confit) with German salt and traditional spices. Clean, flavorful, and rich in taste. Recommended for parties where wine and beer are served.

6. Musashino Local Flour Udon Noodles (Frozen Udon Noodles/ Soup Set) (¥411/1 set)

A new specialty of Musashino City containing precious Musashino City flour milled with help from in-city farmers, JA, and a local elementary school. The broth is prepared by vacuum-freezing a freshly prepared soy-based soup blended with pork and Japanese leeks. The authentic flavor is easy to enjoy.

Ingredients such as cheese, scallop, shrimp, and squid, mixed into a fish paste and fried. The specialty of the restaurant, beloved by Kichijoji locals. The crispy-light texture from the fried breadcrumbs is universally adored.

Made with "Sakai Red Pepper" from Sakai, Musashino City. This chili oil is renowned for its robust, delicious taste defined by a sharp spiciness and 20 separate flavors. Adorned with gold leaf for a touch of glamor. A carefully made seasoning for all-around culinary uses.

9. Magical Kichijoji Seasoning with Sakai Red Pepper (¥540/bottle)

A seasoning made with a few dozen of spices blended by a unique manufacturing method. The keynote spice is "Sakai Red Pepper" from Sakai, Musashino City. The dressing takes its delicious, mild, sour taste from richly flavored peas and bonito soup. Originally served only in restaurants, then sold to the public by popular request. A big favorite from the very start.

2. Kichijoji Udo (Current price due to crop amount)

Udo is an Edo-Tokyo vegetable cultivated since the late Edo Era. Grown with considerable effort and labor to uphold the traditional farming method as faithfully as possible. The skin of the Udo is used for kinpira and the tip is used for Tempura. No part of the vegetable is discarded.

3. Mu-Chan's Kitchen; Tasty Cooked Radish Series (3 kinds: ¥324 for Radish and Yellow Tail, ¥410 for Radish and Salmon, ¥432 for Radish and Scallop)

A private brand started up as a public relations platform for Musashino agriculture. A recipe was created for the most widely cultivated radish from Musashino City. Ready to serve immediately as "One More Dish" from the convenient retort-style pouch container. Fish from Tohoku is added as an earthquake disaster reconstruction support.

Awarded the Gold Prize at the German International Contest for its superb quality and taste. These sausages are made with the same ingredients, manufacturing method, and quality as in Germany. Free from bulking agents and flavor additives. Five-sausage assortment: wiener, frankfurter, chorizo, etc.

2. Loin Ham (¥4600/1 roll)

Smoked ham prepared by applying direct heat to carefully selected Japanese pork after salting and aging. Awarded the Gold Prize at the German International Contest in 2008. A preeminent ham produced through strict adherence to German curing methods and Japanese techniques to perfect the taste of domestic pork loin.
